Greek salad is a super quick keto recipe that is very delicious, healthy and filling lunch that is reminiscent of dreamy greek island holidays. - 180g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil or MCT oil
- ¼ onion
- a handful of pitted black olives
- mixed herbs
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
- ¼ on an onion
- bell pepper
- Thickly chop the tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and onion. Combine all ingredients.
